Privacy and consent. Audio is kept 30 days and transcripts 90 days. Audio and transcripts are stored in the UK and deleted automatically after the retention period. Approved transcription service, processed under the workspace's data processing agreement. Only messages from contacts who have given WhatsApp consent are stored. Contacts can ask for their audio and transcripts to be deleted.
Evening patrol done. Gate 3 camera was offline for about 20 minutes, back now.

Morning. Fire door on level 2 at Canary Wharf won't latch shut. Sending a voice note with the details.
It's the fire door by the east stairwell on level two. The latch is bent so it swings open on its own. I've propped a sign on it and told reception. It needs a contractor today if possible.
